Whether you are a first-time visitor or returning to Lucky Days Casino, this guide covers the essential features you need to know.
Getting Ready
Before you start, make sure you have the following ready to streamline the process:
- A stable internet connection – the site works best on modern browsers or as a progressive web app (PWA) launched from your browser.
- A valid email address – used for account verification and communication.
- A government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card) for KYC verification.
- A payment method you intend to use – such as a credit/debit card, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet.
- A smartphone or a computer – the platform is mobile-optimized, so you can play on the go.
- Knowledge of your local gambling laws – winnings from operators licensed in Curacao (like this one) may be subject to local income tax, unlike MGA-licensed casinos.
Registration
Follow these steps to create your account:
- Visit the homepage and click the “Sign Up” button.
- Enter your email address and create a strong password (at least 8 characters, with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols).
- Provide your personal details: full name, date of birth, and residential address.
- Choose your preferred currency from the available list.
- Accept the terms and conditions and confirm you are of legal gambling age.
- Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. You may then proceed to make your first deposit.
Calculating Your Bonus
Bonuses at this casino typically consist of a deposit match percentage and free spins. Let’s break down the math with a hypothetical example.
Suppose you see a welcome offer: 100% match bonus up to $200 + 50 free spins on Starburst. This means if you deposit $100, you will receive an additional $100 in bonus funds, giving you a total of $200 to play with. The free spins are usually awarded separately.
Wagering requirement calculation:
The bonus amount ($100) typically has a wagering requirement of 35x. So you need to wager $100 × 35 = $3,500 before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus. If the free spins yield winnings (say $10), that amount may also be subject to a 35x requirement, adding $350 to the wagering target.
Realistic example:
Deposit: $50
Bonus: 100% = $50
Total bonus funds: $50
Wagering requirement: $50 × 35 = $1,750
Free spins winnings (hypothetical): $5
Wager on free spins: $5 × 35 = $175
Total wagering required: $1,750 + $175 = $1,925
Always check the specific bonus terms in the promotions section, as wagering requirements can vary between 30x and 40x, and game contributions differ (slots often count 100%, table games may count 10–20%).
Security
Your safety is a priority. The platform uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the servers. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for login, adding an extra layer of defense. All financial transactions are processed through secure gateways, and the casino holds a license from the Government of Curacao. For an additional safeguard, consider using a unique password for your gaming account and enabling 2FA in your account settings.
Payment Methods
The following table summarizes typical deposit and withdrawal options. Processing times can vary.
| Method | Deposit Time | Withdrawal Time | Minimum Deposit | Minimum Withdrawal |

| Visa/Mastercard | Instant | 3–5 business days | $20 | $20 |
| Skrill | Instant | Up to 24 hours | $10 | $10 |
| Neteller | Instant | Up to 24 hours | $10 | $10 |
| Bitcoin | 10–30 minutes | Up to 24 hours | $20 | $50 equivalent |
| Bank Transfer | 1–3 business days | 5–10 business days | $50 | $100 |
Note: Withdrawals are subject to verification (KYC), which may add extra time for the first withdrawal.
When Things Go Wrong
Here are common issues and how to resolve them:
- Login failure: Ensure Caps Lock is off and you are using the correct email. Use the “Forgot password” link to reset if needed.
- Deposit not credited: Refresh the cashier page after 5 minutes. If still missing, check your bank statement and contact support with the transaction ID.
- Withdrawal pending for over 48 hours: This is normal for first withdrawals pending KYC. Upload your documents promptly via the profile page.
- Game not loading: Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. The platform works best on Chrome or Firefox.
- Bonus not activating: Confirm you opted in during deposit. Check the bonus terms – some bonuses have a minimum deposit or a specific bonus code.
- Account locked: This can happen after multiple failed login attempts. Contact live chat to verify your identity.
Extra Tips – Handling a Delayed Withdrawal
If your withdrawal takes longer than the expected processing time (e.g., more than 5 business days for card withdrawals):
- First, check your account’s “Transaction History” to confirm the withdrawal is not on hold due to pending documents.
- If documents were submitted, verify they are approved – you can find this in the “Verification” section of your profile.
- Contact support via live chat (available 24/7) or email. Provide your account ID and withdrawal reference number.
- If no response within 24 hours, escalate by sending a follow-up email with “URGENT – Withdrawal Delay” in the subject line.
- As a last resort, file a complaint with the Curacao licensing authority or an independent dispute body like eCOGRA (if accredited).
