Bonus Math
Understanding the real value of a bonus requires a simple expected value calculation. Consider a typical welcome offer: a 100% deposit bonus up to €200, with a wagering requirement of 30x (deposit + bonus). Assume you deposit the maximum €200.
- Deposit: €200
- Bonus: €200
- Total balance: €400
- Wagering requirement: 30 × (200 + 200) = €6,000
If you play a slot with an RTP of 96%, the expected house edge is 4%. Over €6,000 in wagers, the expected loss is:
Expected loss = 6,000 × (1 – 0.96) = 6,000 × 0.04 = €240
Therefore, the expected value of this bonus is:
EV = Bonus – Expected loss = €200 – €240 = -€40
This calculation shows that, on average, you lose €40 even after the bonus. To improve your odds, choose slots with higher RTP (≥97%) and look for bonuses with lower wagering requirements (e.g., 20x or less). Always read the terms: some games contribute less to wagering (e.g., 10% for table games).
Licence & Player Protection

Support Guide
Here are common scenarios and how to resolve them:
- Forgotten Password: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email to receive a reset link. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam or contact live chat.
- Failed Verification: Ensure your documents are clear, unexpired, and match your registered details. If rejected, check the reason in your account messages and resubmit with correct documents.
- Deposit Not Arriving: Wait 30 minutes. If still missing, contact support with the transaction ID and amount. For e-wallets, check if the transfer was initiated from your e-wallet account first.
- Withdrawal Being Processed Too Long: Standard processing is up to 48 hours. If exceeded, contact live chat or email operations@parqcasino.com (example). Request an update and escalate if needed.
- Bonus Not Credited: Confirm you used the correct bonus code (if any) and made a qualifying deposit. Terms like “minimum deposit €20” must be met. If still missing, contact support with screenshot of the deposit.
Pro Tips
Important: If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, follow these steps:
- Check the progress: Log in and view the withdrawal status in your account history. It may be “Pending”, “Processing”, or “Completed”.
- Wait the full processing period: Most methods take 1–3 business days. E-wallets are usually faster, bank transfers slower.
- Contact live chat: After the processing period has passed, open live chat (available 24/7). Provide your username, withdrawal amount, and method. Ask for an estimated completion time.
- Email escalation: If live chat doesn’t resolve within 24 hours, email support with the same details and request a confirmation from the finance team.
- Dispute route: If still unresolved after 5 business days, you can file a complaint with the Curacao Gaming Authority via the casino’s licence number (visible in the footer).
Document every communication: save chat transcripts and email copies. This strengthens your case if escalation is needed.
