Calculating Your Bonus
To understand the value of a bonus, you must calculate the wagering requirement. For example, if you deposit 10,000 HUF and receive a 100% match bonus (up to 20,000 HUF), your total balance is 20,000 HUF. If the wagering requirement is 35x, the amount you need to wager is 20,000 × 35 = 700,000 HUF before you can withdraw winnings. This calculation is crucial to avoid surprises.
Consider also the game contribution percentages: slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute only 10% or even 0%. Thus, the effective wagering requirement on slots is 700,000 HUF, but on blackjack it would be 7,000,000 HUF (700,000 / 0.10). Always check the bonus terms to maximize your chances.
Banking & Payments
Stake supports a variety of payment methods, including traditional options and cryptocurrencies. The processing times and fees vary. The table below summarizes typical features:
| Method | Min Deposit | Processing Time | Withdrawal Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa/Mastercard | 2,000 HUF | Instant deposit, 1-3 days withdrawal | Free |
| E-wallet (Skrill, Neteller) | 2,000 HUF | Instant deposit, 24h withdrawal | Free |
| Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH) | Equivalent of 1,000 HUF | Instant deposit, up to 1h withdrawal | Transaction fee may apply |
When withdrawing, ensure you meet any wagering requirements and verify your identity to avoid delays. Cryptocurrency transactions are typically faster and have lower fees.
Licence & Player Protection
Stake operates under a Curaçao licence, which is common among online casinos. However, this licence does not offer the same level of player protection as an MGA or local licence. Important: Winnings from a Curaçao-licensed casino may be subject to local income tax in Hungary, unlike winnings from EU-licensed casinos. Always consult a tax advisor to understand your obligations.
The casino uses SSL encryption to protect your data and offers responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion. Ensure you use these tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
Troubleshooting
- Registration fails: Clear your browser cache, disable VPN, or use a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support.
- Verification email not received: Check your spam folder, ensure you entered the correct email, and request a new verification link.
- Deposit not credited: Wait 10 minutes, check your transaction history, and contact support with the transaction ID.
- Withdrawal pending long time: Verify that you have completed KYC and met wagering requirements. Contact support for status updates.
- Game crashes: Update your browser or app, check your internet connection, and try a different game. If the issue continues, report to support.
Insider Advice
For better returns, focus on slots with high RTP (return to player), typically above 96%. Games like blackjack and video poker with optimal strategy offer some of the best odds with RTP over 99%. Avoid progressive jackpot slots with lower base RTP, and stay away from games with high house edges like keno or American roulette. Always check the game information to make informed choices.
